In Uniontown, Pennsylvania, a mother has been charged with child endangerment, accused of child endangerment for feeding him a vegan diet. Elizabeth Hawk  had been giving her 11 month old a diet of nuts and berries. A woman who was baby-sitting her two grandchildren had her throat slit by a home intruder, who then sexually assaulted one of the kids. The mother of the two children returned home at around 12:30 A.M. to find her 59 year old mother dead in the garage, lying in a pool of blood.
