In Fairbanks, Alaska, a man has been arrested and charged with kidnapping two sisters in order to teach the parents a lesson on what can happen when you let your kids out alone. Electrified Lamp Posts In Peoria, Illinois, an 8-year-old boy was electrocuted when he touched a light pole during a girl’s softball tournament in July. A woman who was baby-sitting her two grandchildren had her throat slit by a home intruder, who then sexually assaulted one of the kids. The mother of the two children returned home at around 12:30 A.M. to find her 59 year old mother dead in the garage, lying in a pool of blood. In Menasha, Wisconsin, police say a 23-year-old boy managed to fight off a man who tried to kidnap him. They boy was skateboarding along the sidewalk at the time. He had apparently fallen down, when he was grabbed by a man who tried to drag him into an SUV. The boy was able to get away by hitting, kicking, and clawing at his attacker.
