We all know how difficult it can be to contain unruley children. But it’s best to leave the ties and bondanges out of you disciplinary practices, especially if your working with kids who come from abusive backbrounds. One Oaklahoma City woman found this out the hard way, when she was reciently forced to resign over her practice of handcuffing children at the Pauline E Mayer Shelter where she worked.
