• In Jonesborough, Tennessee, Robert Simmons the 3rd, and Mary Ella Tittle were charged in a 10-count child neglect trial and face up to 26 years in prison on each count. • Authorities in Huston, Texas, took custody of a 4-year-old boy who they believe was living in a closet. He told investigators the rats and cockroaches were “his friends.” (1-7-2018)
