In Cranford. New Jersey, two former employees of a child care center were accused of instigating and then encouraging fights among a group of children under their care.

Insult on top of Injury

In New Castle, Indiana, a 22-year-old woman was charged with battery and failure to stop after she allegedly struck a woman with her car, then moments later got out and bit the pedestrian.

Feeling Deflated

In Tulsa, Oklahoma, an armed robbery suspect was nabbed after suffering a flat tire on the way from a heist. Police were able to find the robber trying to change his tire in the parking lot of the apartment complex he had just robbed.

Attack of the Naked Man

• An 80-year-old man in Stratford, Connecticut was arrested on public indecency charges for preforming a sex act with shrubbery (I’m guessing alcohol was involved.)
• In Meridian, Idaho, a naked man was arrested for attacking a woman at a local convince store.

Other Crazy Things

• In August a six month old baby in Milford, New Hampshire, became the first infant to receive a hunting and fishing license under a new state program.
• In Chicago, Illinois, an 8-month-old puppy was stolen by a transit rider at knife-point.
• A man in Main crashed his SUV into a guardrail, then once police arrived, inhaled a computer keyboard solution in front of officers.
• A 35-year-old man posing as a Uber driver tried to kidnap a 19-year-old college student in Tallahassee, Florida.
• In East Brookfield, Massachusetts, a 37-year-old man is accused of leading police on a high speed chase in a stole pickup with a 3-yer-old child inside.
