When CPS “rescues” your child, most people assume that the kid is being taken out of a dangerous situation and placed in a safe one. Yet the reality is that children are far more likely to be murdered or killed in foster care or state custody than they are in their natural homes. Here are just some of the tragedies:
- In Tampa Florida, police were investigating the back of a 17-month-old boy who died in foster care shortly before he was to be placed with adoptive parents. Addyn Agminalis died on December 11, 2016, from bleeding on the brain, cardiac arrest, and acute respiratory failure. (USA Today, 12-21-2016, pg.4A)
