In Mapleshade, New Jersey, a family is suing the Mapleshade School District for not allowing their epileptic daughter to use medicinal marijuana at school.  A lower-court ruliing sided with the district, saying state law does not allow medicinal marijuana on school grounds.  The family of 16-year-old Genny Barbour is appealing to Federal Court.
