A New Way To Get Pot Holes Fixed
In a town in India, a man was tired of complaining about a pot hole on his street. He had been repeatedly asking officials to get it fixed, but never received a response. So he though maybe a little bit of trickery was in order.
The man proceeded to make a life size model of a crocodile, then he installed it into the 12-foot-wide crater. For a more swamp-like affect, he embellished the hole with green paint. Workers came by to fill the pot hole the next day.
It seems like an endearing case of the little guy winning. But when I think of all the time and effort he put into creating a life-size, realistic-looking crocodile, I can’t help but wonder: wouldn’t it have been easier just to go ahead and fill the pot hole himself?
