Man Tries to Snatch Child from Backyard

In Dover, Delaware, police say that Alfonso Rondo of Wilmington entered the backyard of a home in Dover and tried grabbing a boy that was playing on a swing set. He let the boy go when neighbors confronted him. He was later arrested and charged with trespassing and second-degree kidnapping. (USA Today, 9-232006, p. 17A)
