It was an unusual Sunday afternoon in Dodge Center, Minnesota when an 11-year-old boy was arrested after leading police on a high speed chase that lasted about 75 minutes. In Galion, Ohio, a 12-year-old middle school student was on pace to set a personal best in a cross-country race. Midway through the race, however, Makenna Finnegan, from Shelby Middle School, came upon another runner, 13-year-old Elaine Hohman, of Donnell Middle School.
