Grandma Slain to Assault Her Grandchild

A woman who was baby-sitting her two grandchildren had her throat slit by a home intruder, who then sexually assaulted one of the kids. The mother of the two children returned home at around 12:30 A.M. to find her 59 year old mother dead in the garage, lying in a pool of blood. Boy Fights Off Kidnapper

In Menasha, Wisconsin, police say a 23-year-old boy managed to fight off a man who tried to kidnap him.  They boy was skateboarding along the sidewalk at the time.  He had apparently fallen down, when he was grabbed by a man who tried to drag him into an SUV. Girl Offered $100 to Take Ride With Stranger

May 24, 2007 A ten-year-old girl claimed she was approached by a stranger while playing tag with friends in her Pueblo, Colorado neighborhood.
